I have always been able to see a doctor on the day if it is an emergency and am offered an appointment within a reasonable time when not. There are occasions when the Dr or nurse are running behind the time however everyone is given the time they need when it is there turn. The Dr or nurse comes to the waiting room to greet you and always apologies for the delay, should there be one, but I don't find this a problem because once in the consulting room my concerns are listened to and discussed. I never feel rush. I am confident to have an appointment with any members of the staff and value to text reminder of an upcoming appointment I have been with the practice for 40years and have seen many changes. I would never consider going to the other local practices.

In my view this is an outstanding Surgery in every sense. In all the time I have lived in the area and had cause to make an appointment, either to see a doctor or attend the clinic for tests or routine treatment, every member of staff, doctor or clinician has treated me with the utmost care and respect. It is so reassuring to know that when one needs advice, treatment or simply reassurance, help is always near at hand and it's always gratifying to know that one rarely has to wait any length of time before being seen by a doctor or clinician. Given the nature of the service, I can only commend every member of the team for providing such a well run and organised practice and delivered in a cheerful, sensitive and caring manner.

Because of family history I have regular reviews, with blood tests, to assess my ongoing health. Dr Irving is easy to talk to, very helpful with good advice & referrals up the line when necessary. She is well supported by a dedicated and well experienced team.

I am extremely happy with all the care I have received at Park View. When I awoke w excruciating pain, I was given a same day appointment. Dr Hacking saw me again in 4 days to make sure the medications prescribed were working and I was progressing in my recovery as he expected. He also fast tracked me for physiotherapy. He followed my care over the next week to confirm I was progressing as expected. This is not the only occasion I have experienced with Dr Hacking. My husband has been very unwell and Dr Hacking has been very aggressive with his treatment of his chronic illness. I was duly impressed by the level of his interest and follow up of my husband's illness. The reception staff are competent. The nurses are very efficient and caring as well. Obviously good team work is involved. I cannot speak too highly of all the staff at Park View Surgery.
